Payments and Invoicing

After requesting the activation of a subscription plan (Basic, Premium, Pro) for your business, you will be contacted by our team. You will be provided with all the necessary information regarding payment and the subsequent steps.

Activation Procedure

  1. Contact from the Team: After the request, our team will contact you to provide details on payment methods.
  2. Contract: A contract will be provided for you to sign to formalize the subscription.
  3. Required Content: You will be informed of the content you need to provide for the creation of your business page on the GuideXpress app.

Billing

Once the activation procedure is completed and the necessary content is provided, you will receive the invoice for the subscribed service.

Automatic Renewal

The subscription automatically renews unless the service is canceled by the user before the end of the subscription period.
