1. Receiving the request:
   • When a user presents themselves at your business and requests a discount voucher through the app before payment at the register, you will receive a notification alerting you of the request.
2. Accessing the request:
   • Tap the notification to be redirected to the "Requests" page.
   • Alternatively, access the Wallet section in the GuideXpress app and tap the "Vouchers" icon.
3. Viewing the requests:
   • You will be directed to the screen with requests pending approval.
   • View the discount voucher request made by the user.
4. Approving the Discount Voucher:
   • Tap "Accept" to approve the request.
5. Completing the payment:
   • Proceed with the user's payment by deducting the discount voucher amount from the total due.
