Deleting an account

If you wish to delete your GuideXpress account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Profile: Open the GuideXpress app, tap the profile icon, and select “Account.”
  2. Select Delete Account: In the profile menu, choose “Delete Account.”
  3. Enter your password: You will be asked to confirm your identity by re-entering your password.
  4. Confirm deletion: After entering your password, confirm your choice by tapping the “Delete Account” button. Please note that this action is irreversible.
