Can't access your account?

If you can’t access your account because you don’t remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to the app’s login screen: Open the GuideXpress app and navigate to the login screen.
  2. Tap “Forgot Password”: Below the login fields, tap the “Forgot Password” link.
  3. Follow the reset process: Enter the email associated with your account and follow the instructions.
  4. Check your email: You will receive an email with an 8-digit OTP code to reset your password.
  5. Reset your password: Copy the OTP code from the email, enter it in the app, and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to log in to your account with your new password.
