Can't access your account?

If you can't access your account because you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to the app's login screen: Open the GuideXpress app and go to the login screen.

  2. Tap the "Forgot Password" link: Below the login fields, tap the "Forgot Password" link.

  3. Follow the reset procedure: Enter the email associated with your account and follow the instructions.

  4. Receive the reset email: You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  5. Reset the password: Click the link in the email to access the password reset page and follow the instructions to create a new one.

Once you have completed the procedure, you will be able to log back into your account with the new password.
