Who can apply

The GuideXpress program for Historic Shop is designed for businesses that want to enhance their visitor experience through digital tools.

Eligible applicants typically include:

  • National Parks, Thematic Gardens, Botanical Parks
  • Nature Reserves, Educational Woods and Forests
  • Natural reserves, Wildlife Parks and Safaris
  • Educational and Interactive Parks
  • Cultural Theme Parks

GuideXpress is designed to showcase those who make the region authentic. GuideXpress helps showcase the points of interest within a park and allows visitors to explore it digitally in the format they prefer. The experience is also available in their chosen language, making it more accessible and personalized.

Subscription Modericing

Parks pay an initial setup fee.

After that, they can choose between two options for creating points of interest:

  • Self-managed option: the park independently enters its own points of interest.
  • Turnkey option: we create and manage all the content using our content generation system.

Both price option includes:

  • Rewriting and adapting the texts into three versions
  • Translation into at least three languages (French, Italian, and English)
  • Creation of one or more souvenir stamps
  • A complete digital promotional kit
  • Access to aggregated user data and insights. These analytics provide valuable information about visitor engagement and usage trends within the park.

The first 10 parks that join this offer will also benefit from a special condition: they will not be required to pay any annual renewal fee, for life.

 

How to apply

To join GuideXpress:

  1. Submit a request through the official link “Natural Parks Registration Request
  2. Provide basic information about your institution
  3. Wait to be contacted by the GuideXpress team for evaluation
  4. Define the content and integration details together

After approval, onboarding includes content creation and activation within the app.

Contract duration

GuideXpress typically operates with a non-recurring model, meaning:

  • The collaboration does not rely on mandatory annual renewals
  • Access to the platform remains active after the initial onboarding

This ensures long-term visibility without ongoing contractual obligations.

Contract termination

Partners can request to terminate the collaboration according to the agreed terms.

In general:

  • Termination conditions are defined during the agreement phase
  • Early termination may depend on specific contractual clauses
  • Early termination is possible, but it does not always guarantee a refund of the remaining credit or fees paid.

Editing submitted data

Natural Parks can update their information and content after joining:

  • Modifying descriptions and audio content is available upon request and may incur an additional cost
  • Update details when needed
  • Ensure content remains accurate and aligned with exhibitions

It is the partner’s responsibility to keep submitted data correct and up to date.
