How can I report a malfunction?

You can report a problem in two ways:

1. Through the website

  • Use the contact form: Go to the support section and fill out the form.
  • Describe the issue: Provide a detailed explanation of the problem you encountered.
  • Specify your operating system: Indicate which system you are using (e.g., iOS 16+ or Android 7+).
  • Attach a screenshot: If possible, include an image of the screen where the issue occurs.

2. Through the app

  • Go to the Profile section: Tap the profile icon or open the menu and select “Feedback.”
  • Leave a rating: Give a score from 1 to 5 stars.
  • Report the issue: When prompted, select “Yes” and describe the problem.
  • Submit your report: Check that your name and email are correct, then confirm by tapping the “Submit” button.
