Problems with the allocation of points

GuideXpress awards in-app points to users who visit points of interest using the app. To earn points, you must meet two key requirements:

  1. Audio playback: You must listen to the audio related to the point of interest.
  2. Presence in the activation area: You must be physically near the point of interest, within the activation area.

Criteria:

The point will be considered completed only if you are physically within the activation area at the moment the audio starts.
An audio is considered “listened to” when it is fully played for tracks shorter than one minute, or when at least one minute has been played for longer tracks.

If you experience issues with point allocation, make sure you meet both of these requirements during your visit.
